Join us for a total body workout- featuring mobility drills, body weight strength training and a sweaty conditioning finisher. This strength & conditioning - based program is geared towards getting you strong, structurally sound and well conditioning, from the comfort of your home! All classes will include a functional warmup and 2 strength rounds, featuring different programming models: EMOTM, isometrics, AMRAPs, ladders, etc. And because we know you want more - you'll get a bonus round of HIIT training. Your goal is to optimize form, function and power during class, while having some fun! You will need a resistance band or bath towel and access to a chair/coffee table or couch for class. Throw pillows may be used during class...who doesn't love throwing pillows? Don't have a band for class? No problem: we will offer modifications to use a towel or a set of weights. Low impact options will be available for all classes.

This Basic Hip Hop Dance class will explore the fundamentals of this dance style, all while having light-hearted fun for a great cause. Suggested footwear is sneakers, but this class can be enjoyed barefoot as well.
