Join us for a 60 minute workout that combines mobility, strength and conditioning, in a continuous, station-based class.  In this class we will work through 8-10 exercise "stations" alternating between upper and lower body exercises, geared to work your entire body.   This fast- packed will keep you on your toes, moving quickly from one exercise to the next with minimal rest, challenging your muscular strength & endurance.  Class will feature exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands and/or kettlebells/weights.  All exercises can be modified to fit the equipment you have at home.  Let's get ready to WORK.

Class includes a functional warmup and 2 strength rounds, featuring different programming model. You will need a resistance band or bath towel and access to a chair/coffee table or couch for class.   Don't have a band for class?  No problem: we will offer modifications to use a towel or a set of weights.  Low impact options will be available for all classes.

The perfect balance of cardio + strength training, SPIN X STRENGTH is a 60 minute class that fuses beat-based indoor cycling with bodyweight strength training.  Class starts with a full body mobility warm followed by 30 minute interval-based spin ride, hitting hills, sprints, runs, jumps, pushes and more. After our final push, we pop off the bike for a round of bodyweight training, geared to balance your strength and stability off the bike.  You will need an indoor cycling bike for class + a beach or bath towel.

Hip Hop Dance -

This Basic Hip Hop Dance class will explore the fundamentals of this dance style, all while having light-hearted fun for a great cause. Participants will be led through a full body warm-up, which will include modifications for different fitness/flexibility levels, and then will be guided through learning basic hip hop choreography. Suggested footwear is sneakers, but this class can be enjoyed barefoot as well.
